Ulefone armor 11t 5g not making or receiving calls

[Android Central Question]

So turns out my new phone at times will not receive (anyone calling the phone gets the ring and it goes to answerphone but no call or missed notification on the phone) or make calls, oddly when the out going calls do not work, I can get in my van and use the handsfree, where the phone will work properly for a while then go back to not working. It will at times work as in receive a call then if you try to make a call not work again.
Always has a full signal with either 4g or 5g on three network, tried a new SIM and a different SIM but still the same issue.
Also doesn't matter if use the ulefone dialler or if download and try the Google version

Can you test out in another phone your sim and if does same thing?

I tried a different SIM and got a new replacement SIM from three still the same.
My old SIM worked in my original phone and the new SIM is the same
It was working in safe mode and then again in normal, was trying to make calls every now and again and seemed to be working.
Unfortunately this morning gone back to how it was so no outgoing or incoming and it's the same in safe mode, after the last reset I only installed a handful of apps, email, WhatsApp etc

When you say it's the same in Safe Mode now, do you mean you can't make or receive calls in Safe Mode now?

I wanted you try your sim in another device to see if your Carrier is the issue or your device

B.diddy, yes the last time I put it in safe mode it was still unable to make or receive calls

Mustang7757, my old SIM worked fine in my old phone and my partners phone, the same with my replacement SIM. I've gone back to my old phone as the ulefone is too unreliable for calls

Sounds like a hardware problem. Contact Ulefone for either an exchange, a refund, or warranty repair/replacment.

So an update on this....
Not getting anywhere with banggood and currently trying to get help from ulefone.
Had to go back to the armor 11t 5g to try and get the issue repeat itself, seemed to work ok for a day or so, then today after making and receiving several calls throughout the day has gone back to how it was, no more calls can be made or received.
I have had to send debugging logs to ulefone so hopefully I have managed to do it correctly and will update as it develops and in the meantime time gone back to the old, trusty cat s61
