Ulefone Armor 3W shows no signs of life

Hi everyone, My second Armor 3W stopped working, it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Pressing the power button doesn't show any signs of life, and even trying volume up and down doesn't work. I took it apart and replaced the battery, but it still doesn't work like the other battery. The red charging LED lights up, but I can leave it on for 24 hours and it stays red. I also tried a USB tester with the original power supply to check if it's only giving 5V 0.45A, while the other identical Armor is working at 9V and 1.3A or so. I don't think it's the screen. Any ideas?
