Question: is there any way to do the slide down to unlock like CM7 and sense?

I haven't flashed yet, but I'm pretty sure the lense unlock option was in 3.0

Sweet, that was the one thing I really wanted the my girlfriend's Dinc has that my OG droid didn't.

You have that option in CM7 too with the lense and the rotary wheel can be pulled down to unlock.

yes, there is the pulldown option: both the lense and the rotary wheel, pretty much the same exact options you have from cm7

Does email with Microsoft exchange servers have problems with Ultimate droid like the other gingerbread roms?

Couldn't tell ya, don't have an exchange account. But UD 3.1.1 is android 2.3.3 so maybe that issue was fixed from 2.3.2.

I really like UD 3.1.1 and when I first flashed the ROM it was so fast I wasnt interested in trying anything else, but now it seems very laggy. I have left the stock kernel that came with UD but i did try 2 other kernels from chevy that caused it to bootloop. Since then i have just reflashed 3.1.1 and it hasent been the same. Any suggestions on what kernel to use with this ROM? Or should I just switch ROM's all together?

I'm still using the stock kernel at 800 Mhz, works fine for me.

Did you wipe data and cache when you reflashed?

Hey this seems pretty laggy so far. Is there a different kernal I can flash to make run better?

It already has a 1Ghz low voltage kernel as default

@Vaman, I had the same problems. I tried a handfull of kernels some of which just caused my phone to bootloop. In the end I had the same result with all of them, then I flashed Simply Stunning 5.2. It seems much faster and way more responsive.

My bad...the Simply Stunning has the LV 1Ghz as default, not UD 3.1.1, I flash ROMs so frequently I forget which ones I'm running lol
