Despite the new update, my GWU has gone back to getting less than 2 days on the battery. Samsung Health and One Watch are the biggest hogs. I do have a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) service (Blose and G-Watch Wear App) running in the background. They take up < 1%. It says 2 days, 1 hr on a full charge. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. No AOD, no stress, no notifications from watch apps, only mirror my phone notifications. TIA

Try a hard reset and restore as a new setup. It will re-learn your battery pattern with the new software update.

I have considered that, but I will lose some of my CGM watch faces and complications that I use daily so I don't always have to look on my phone for my glucose value. BUT, I am seriously considering doing a hard reset and install from scratch.

Been getting just about 2 days on mine. No AOD, using sleep tracking but did turn off temp and oxygen options off for sleep and no snore detection since my wife snores. Also turned off the AGEs index since it was the same measurement everyday. Happy with it so far.

You can try clearing cache partition instead of Factory hard reset. I have not tried it so I don't know if it will reset the battery usage pattern.

Seeing a lot of people not getting two days of battery usage. Maybe I should just keep the six classic. I am one of the lucky ones that is on backorder maybe might see watch at the end of September, so I still have time to cancel the order

My battery went down quick from 3 days full charge to 1 day plus. I did the hard reset and now the battery is consistently 2 days plus at full charge, sometimes closer to 3 day depending on my usage. So with the new software update and if you have issue with battery drain after the update, the hard reset will resolve the issue.

I'm still only barely getting a little over 2 days with the hard reset AND update. Smh...

Mine seems to work more efficiently now. The battery usage reports according to how I use the watch. Today, at full charge it reported 3 days 5 minutes. Usually I'm getting 2 days plus.

This am after 6 h and 40 m since full charge, I'm showing 2 days, 13 hrs left. I do wear my watch for sleep tracking and overnight blood glucose via CGM receiving apps. I dunno...

I would say, it's about the same usage as my mine. I usually get a full charge before bed time. I wear it every night and usually I get 2 days plus left in the morning.
