Ultra Insane Battery Drain

My battery has been giving me problems for a while now. Fast battery drain, even when in sleep mode, even when charged in. I've tried everything possible on every forum on the internet, it seems. I decided to do a factory reset and flashed CM12.1. I haven't connected to Wi-Fi, downloaded ANY apps, and I've even left it on Airplane mode. The following is the battery drain that I'm getting now in sleep mode with NO use.



Is there anyone who can help me? This is ridiculous.

Very strange. I have a feeling this might be hardware. Possibly a bad battery, but that's just a hunch.

I've replaced the battery. Same issue.

This is a screenshot from BetterBatteryStats. I have no idea what to make of this info, but might something having to do with *alarm* be causing the problem?
