I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but here goes. I bought an Umidigi Crystal ( 4gb 64gb) . I plugged in charger to enable an OTA update, however I didn't switch the charger on (dummy) left the phone to do its stuff but when I came back to it, it was completely dead. I downloaded SP flash tools and the correct stock rom from Umidigi support. hoping to re flash it. However my problem is that the phone is not holding connection to the laptop. it chimes (accepts handshake), but within seconds drops the connection. Consequently SP flash tools can't flash the rom. It just shows red bar for download but won't push the rom. I have also installed all MTK drivers and turned off driver signing . Any help/advice would be much appreciated, and thanks in advance..
