Unable to access Samsung Account/Theme Store

I just remembered that when I disable anything, the pop-up on on the screen gives me directions on how to enable things again if I want to:
1. Open Settings.
2. Find Applications & Tap it.
3.Tap Application Manager.
4. Swipe screen until you see the list of disabled aaps, then find what you want to enable again and Tap Enable.
(Works on any Android)

ybnrml86,

I have had this problem and tried your workaround. This is an old thread, but I'm wondering if you might know why I am unable to disable the reactivation lock as you suggest? I get into my account just fine, but it gives me the error " Failed to run the function because the device was offline or the network connection was unstable for 24hr ." when I try to disable the reactivation lock.

I tried googling that error message and talked to some unfortunately really unhelpful and pitifully ill-equipped tech support agency, but those were both a no-go, so I figured trying on this post was worth a shot!

Im having the exact same problem. I downloaded package disabler pro and disabled all bloatware, but that option disables also the samsung account system..so I reenabled that, but it doesnt work anymore..the account is not even listed anymore and if I try to add my samsung account nothing happens..
So i read its because of the reactivation lock on the find my mobile website, but I try to deactivate it and it fails every time
Im really scared to factory reset it and brick it somehow.. I dont know what to do :(

So I had this same exact problem with my brand new s6. I tried everything and even had a rep remote access it- nothing. I finally was going to factory reset it, and right before it resets the phone it will prompt you to loget in to your Samsung account and voila! It will then allow you to sign in everywhere else, without having to reset your phone- so long as you back out after you sign on in the factory reset menu!
Another potential option could be to go to application manager, all apps, then 'more,' 'show system apps,' and clear the app data, along with the 'galaxy apps' data. The first method is what finally did it for me.

I had the same issue on my S6 and it was due to the Reactivation lock. To fix this you must first disable it. Go to findmymobile.samsung.com and login with the same account that the phone is under. Then go to Unlock my device and choose Disable Reactivation lock. Then you can add the Samsung account and everything like normal and re-enable the lock if you would like.

Easy Peasy no reset.

It lets me log in at findmymobile.samsung.com, but then it says that my device is not registered. When I go to register it through Settings on my phone, it prompts me to add my account, but it won't let me.
