Unable to connect to PC via samsung 2.3.3

Hi,
I am new ot this forum, can I please get assistance on how to connect via usb to PC. I get a recovery error message via bitlocker - can my files be detected or have I lost this option completely?
Any tips or advice is greatly apprecaited.

Have you looked for updated drivers to install on your PC?

+1 what Golfdriver recommends. Also, have you tried using Kies to sync your device with the computer? You can get Kies here: SAMSUNG KIES
