Unable to connect to server

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I was using line app and webtoon. When I tried to open it to recieve a call I cannot answer it anymore. I also couldn't send a message. So, I tried to uninstall it and download it back. When I tried to log in it always says "Unable to connect to lines server". I also can't open webtoon anymore. I tried to seek for lines help center but I alos can't get through. Please do help me what should I do. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Are you having problems connecting to the web with other apps? Are you using a VPN?
