"Unable to delete some documents" when I try to delete music from my internal storage.

I have the Blu R1 HD cell phone, and is updated to android 6.0. I synced some music from my laptop to my computer, using windows media player last night. The music, however, would not play on my phone (If I clicked a song, it would skip through the entire playlist and play nothing). I am trying to re sync it, but I need to delete the current music files from my internal storage first. Every time I attemp to delete them, the message "Unable to delete some documents" appears.

How do I delete music files from my internal storage?

Welcome to Android Central! Use a file manager app to look in the directory where the music files are. Can you delete from there?
