Unable to download RAR files?

Where are you trying to download from? A website using a browser, or using some specific app?

Hi...I get sent promo music in wav form via WeTransfer, but for some reason large music file now won't download. Strange as it worked perfectly beforehand. Thanks for replying.

Browser is Chrome/Samsung Internet...neither will work.

Does WeTransfer work as an app as well, or only via website?

Are you getting an error message, or does it the browser make it seem like it downloaded the file successfully but you just can't find it?

Ok, and how are you looking for the download after it seems to have completed? Are you using a file manager? In Chrome, what if you tap Menu>Downloads -- is it there?

If this only happens with WeTransfer, then I'd guess it's an issue with their service. Have you successfully downloaded other files from other sites?
