UNABLE to install apps from the Play Store "error making purchase" ALL apps free or paid

I am UNABLE to install ANY app from the Play Store anymore!!! EVERY TIME I try I get an error message "error making purchase" on ALL apps I try to install!!! Both free and paid apps SAME error!!! How do I fix???

Have you tried clearing Cache/Data from the Play Store? You might have to reboot for it to resync, though.
