Unable to make amd receive calls on Samsung Galaxy Watch4

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I am based out of India and recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 , LTE model. I have paired it with my One Plus7T phone. However , I am unable to make any outgoing call or receive an incoming call on my watch. The watch displays LTE or 4 G connectivity but calls functionality is not working.
