Unable to send sms

Hi All

I have put my three (3) SIM into a S3 mini, I can receive sms but I am unable to send sms.
I have rebooted, reset to factory defaults ... nothing seems to rectify it.

I cannot enter the three (3) Message Center number, phone states: Unable to save Center Adress

Any ideas?

Do you have Data turned on. MMS requires Data, SMS does not.
