Unable to snooze the TuneIn alarm

Hello.

I recently started using a Nokia 5.4 running Android 11 (Android One).
On my previous phone, the alarm feature on the TuneIn app would launch a screen containing a "Snooze" button upon the alarm being triggered.

On my new Nokia, the alarm starts as normal but does not launch the "Snooze screen". Rather, TuneIn appears as a media player in the quick settings, but with no clear way of snoozing the alarm.

I have tried switching battery settings to "Not Optimised" for the app but no luck.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! If you have Do Not Disturb scheduled to turn on while you're asleep, also make sure TuneIn is set as an exception.

Doesn't seem to be the issue. Have tried setting the alarm at various times through the day as a test and continue getting the same problem.

It might also be an app glitch. Send feedback to the TuneIn developers.

Try uninstall the app then reinstall
