unable to unlock my fon

My samsung s3 is not accepting my password. This is the password i use all the time. Am in ghana and really need help as to how to go about it. does it mean i will loose all my information if it is reset for me? pls help. thank you

Hello! Well, without the password it looks like you will have no choice but to reset it. That will erase all the data stored on the phone, not SD Card(s). Good luck.
