Unable to update apps in play store

[Android Central Question]

Two days before I bought motog5s g5s, I am unable to update apps in playstore. It always shows as download pending but nothing happened. Pls suggest how to solve this issue

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.
