Unable to update to JB

Hello All,

I have the Rzr xt912 on Verizon. Well, they pushed out the OTA for 4.12. I have installed Clockwork Recovery installed but it doesn't work. When my phone boots up it goes straight into fastboot. I have to use hard reset to get it into the menu and reboot it a few times to get back to normal boot. Is there a way that I can wipe the phone completely out and start with 4.1.2 stock then root later.

Look up Matt's Utility JB. It will fast boot you into stock JB and gives you the option for root access.

BTW clockworkmod is not for our phone. Safe strap 3.11 is where you should be At this time.
