Unable to watch my own recorded videos in Full screen mod in NOTE 4

Dear Friends;
Could you please help me to resolve the problem where I am unable to watch my gallery videos in full screen mod. It started to appear like small box in the middle of the screen. Even the screen rotation to land scape did nt work. Appreciate your help.

Is it showing as a floating window? Are you using any custom media players for videos? If not, try clearing data for the Video Player app.
