Unable to wipe cache in G5 Plus

What are the steps to doing a wipe cache. I don't want to go through a factory reset but want to try a wipe cache to see if it will clear up some issues. TIA.

Thanks.. I did do the wipe cache and no luck. Going to have to subject my son to a factory reset on his phone to get the update. I even tried allowing on WiFi and mobile data. Weird
