Unchoosing a default application or program

With my S6 you can select the program/App to use for different functions such as which program to use for selecting ringtones or notifications. I inadvertently selected the wrong one. I wanted to use the option for this time only. how I do I now deselect that one and get back to multiple choices?

Go to settings>device>applications>default applications and clear the one you want.
