So, I know all the technical aspects of each... I currently use the s6 edge and the Note 4...Saturday I will be getting one or the other.. Just really not sure which one. I really love the look of the s6 edge and the bigger screen is exactly what I am looking for. I never use the S pen on my note 3 or 4....but I also love having the newest devices. I guess this is more a post for me to rant my thoughts on the idea Haha. I probably will get the s6 edge plus

The s6edge plus is absolutely beautiful. Only gripe is towards accessory makers, some are loose fitting and some due weird things that annoy me due to a loose fit.

Sounds like you already know what to get. If you have no interest in the S-Pen, then if definitely recommend the Edge+, especially if you are fond of your current Edge screen.

Are there any new features with the edge screen on the plus?

App edge, just like people edge but for apps, and the access lip can be moved.

You can a have it on the right or left side of phone and adjust anywhere from top to bottom.

Words cannot say how infatuated I am with my Edge+. I moved from a Note 3, and man! Between the sexy curve of the screen and awesome display, the super quick camera snaps and quality photos (even in low light), the edge screen with edge apps and contacts...all I have to say is, "What S-pen?"

I have a Note 5, and my spouse has an Edge plus. The Note feels much better in the hand, but the Edge plus feels a lot more comfortable then the regular s6e. Both phones are very speedy and get pretty good battery life with moderate usage.

Both phones offer a nice light feel for their size. It all comes down to the S-pen vs the curved screen.

Exactly. Same specs except s pen and curved screen.

I'm in the same boat as op. I am not familiar with features of edge plus. I am with the note 5. Does the edge plus do anything the note 5 does not? Is there a kickstand case for the s6edge+ or do the curves prevent it?

First, Hold both of them, they feel significantly different (Note 5 feels a little more comfortable).
Second, Do you use the SPen? If yes Note 5.
Third, Do you see yourself using the Edge screen? If not Note 5, if yes Edge Plus.
Everything else is identical.

The note 5 in your hand, feels exactly like holding the s6 edge upside down.

For the first few days of having my Edge+, I always looked at the back first when I pulled it out of my pocket. It just felt like it was how it should be viewed (curves on the back, flat screen on front). I've since gotten used to it, but yeah. I was starting to wonder if I should have gotten the N5 just for that.

If you put any kind of case on your phone this whole debate is kind of meaningless. The debate over feel of the phone only applies to those of you that never use a case.
