UnDo a BaCkup or erase it?

here's the deal i created a back-up and didnt mean to. Is there any way to un-do that bonehead move?

if you already have the particular backup you intend on relying on,id say just delete the unintentional one from sdcard. but be sure its not your only backup. and if it is,do another backup the way you want it to be and then delete that one.

Download a file manager from google play and delete the correct folder from sdcard/clockworkmod/
