unfortunate touchwiz home has stopped

i just bought my samsung galaxy 7.0 tab 2 one month ago. But I have a problem which it always written "Unfortunately,your TouchWiz Home has stoped" What shall I do? and actually what does it mean?

It means Touchwiz crashed. Usually, it means you ran out of ram, nothing too bad. You can try one of the third party launchers in the Play Store, like Apex or Nova.
