unfortunately sett?gs have stopped

HELP: Unfortunately Settings have stopped
To all Android users here, I'm new to the Android world. I have been using iPhone for all my previous phone


Just yesterday I got myself an s4 and.I.met a problem.

Whenever I try to access the 'battery' tab in 'Settings', the s4 will freeze and shows me a.notification saying unfortunately settings have stopped

I am lost to how I should tackle the problem.

May I.know.if there are workable.solutions.out there?
I appreciate any help given


If rooting.may help i will research on it and give it a try

Hold the power button down and reboot. If that fails, turn it off, take out battery, return battery to phone and reboot.
