"Unfortunately, system UI has stopped" Samsung S5 issue

It happens only when I try to screen shots, with my palm swipe or with the tool box option.
Can somebody please help me? I can't screen shot and it's annoying

Figured mine out. Error was caused by screen overlays being disabled. Reset those and all is well.
