"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.apps has stopped"

I literally JUST unboxed this phone and after using my old G4 with Tap & Go to restore everything on my new phone this message pops up nonstop to the point I can't even use my phone. I press "OK" to clear it and within a millisecond it pops back up on the screen. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Instead of tap and go I generally just set the device up as new. Tap and Go has always caused unintentional problems when i have tried to use it as well between phones. I suggest a factory reset and setup as a new device, sucks but that is how it is sometime.
