unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped now htc 8 won't start up i pressed start up and vol down ,and factory reset. It started for 5 seconds then shut down. 100% battery

It probably needs the firmware reflashed. You'll have to find an RUU fiole for the particular variant M8. (I hope all your data was backed up, because it's gone now.)
