Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped on my Galaxy Young GT6312 mobile

i have galaxy young GT-6312 Android4.1 jelly bean version mobile. and now I'm unable make calls now. I'm getting an error message "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped". how to fix this problem. Even though all application manager settings were reset. please suggest a solution.

My Samsung GT6312 has all Google icons on but never gets connected (never activates , why)
