Uninstall titanium backup

I'm trying to uninstall titanium backup for I can put a new version on my Thunderbolt but its not going away. It said uninstall successful when I uninstall it from managed apps but u still see see on my main screen and in my app drawer. How do I get rid of it completely? Thanks

You could use Root Explorer and delete it from the phone. Root Explorer > System > Apps.... Press Mount R/W... Long press over Titanium Backup.. Delete.... Press Mount R/O.. exit app.

Edit: you may just need to reboot the phone so it leaves the app drawer. What happens if you try to open the app?
 
I had this happen to other apps and like Cyber posted above a reboot has always resolved the issue.

when I did a reboot it still there and when I try to open the app it opens up regually. I am going to try thr Root Explorer way see if that works thanks for the help will check back to update
 
Are you actually deleting it from the MANAGE APPS area, or dropping it in the trash can on the app drawer?
 
Root explorer will do the trick. Follow directions from above post.
