Uninstaller game apps still using storage, how do I get rid of them?

On my galaxy tab 4 I have about a dozen apps(mostly games) that I have uninstalled but they are still listed in the application manager with a note next to them saying "not installed". They are eating up about 1.5 GB of storage space. I've tried reinstalling them and uninstalling them again, but they are still there. There is no difference in the file size whether they are installed or not so uninstalling doesn't actually remove anything. I never had this issue on my galaxy s5 or s2 phones.

How do I get rid of these?

I figured it out. Because tab 4 has multiple users you have to go into each user (including restricted users) account and Uninstall it in each account before it disappears from storage.
