universal serch

if i read the articles correctly the universal search is what apple is suing samsung over and google is making a patch that will fix it. does this mean they are going to remove universal search altogether? also, will google eventually have to do this for all phones? or is the universal search in the nexus different then the on in my rezound?

oh, ok. the article i read sounded like everything was pretty much finalized. i dont really use universal search all too often but it a nice feature that have and would probably miss it if it was gone.
