Unknown google account on new one plus 5

Unknown google account pops on app named gaana while trying to login on a brand new one plus five.
Does it mean the phone has been used before?

Did you buy it directly from Oneplus? It certainly seems like someone has had access to the device... At the least I'd recommend a factory reset.

I got the phone from Amazon. My concern was to check if it was an used phone so I could replace the product. Thanks.
