Unknown icon on my HTC One S notification bar

I have searched around the forum but did not find a thread that has the same problem as I do. Can someone please please help me identify this unknown icon and provide me tips for how to remove them? The icon appeared after I browsed around the setting stuff.

It looks like you have hearing aid turned on. If you go into Settings>Call, uncheck the hearing aid option and you should be good to go! Let me know if it works out.

You are awesome. It works!! Not sure when I checked the hearing aid, but it must be me doing that unintentionally. Really appreciate your help!
