Android Central Question

Phone that is not mine on google account active devises and find my phone changed password what else can I do to get it off my googk le account and find out who owns it.

Contact Google. There's not much you can do yourself. You can try https://myaccount.google.com/security-checkup?continue=https://myaccount.google.com/security, but you'll probably end up having to contact them.

And get a good password app (I use Keepass2Android Password Safe or Keepass2Android Password Safe - you can keep the password file on Drive, so all your devices are using the same file) and be ready to change the password on your account to something 20 or 30 characters long. (They're completely random, so no one will be able to guess things like your birthday, your dog's name, etc., and since the app is right there, you can use a different password on every single app and site, so if someone hacks a site and figures out your password, that's only for that site. ["Figuring out" a collision for a 30 character password, salted and hashed with SHA-512, isn't something a sane person would start to attempt without a really large, fast mainframe. And Russia isn't interested in your Android Central password.)
