Android Central Question

Hello,

I've lost my phone and I located it using 'find my device' (Google) and I locked it and logged out of my Google account using 'find my device'. But now, I've find my phone again, but I can't unlock it anymore. On the screen, you see 'locked by find my device' and when I swipe a few times up and down, I can enter a code of 4 digits. Does anybody knows which code??

Never lost a device, but I'd say go back to find my device on a different device and I'm guessing that will either give you the code you need or let you unblock the device.

also, device.

Welcome to Android Central! The code would be the lockscreen PIN you created. Google's Find My Device will only allow you to create a lockscreen PIN remotely if the phone didn't have a screen lock already set up (and so if this describes your situation, then you should remember the PIN you were just asked to create). If you already had a screen lock set up, then Find My Device will simply lock the phone using your own screen lock.

The only other thing I can think of would be if Blackview had their own proprietary security software on the device -- but in that case, you would've been prompted to create this PIN. Phones don't just create a PIN on their own.

Has this always been your phone, or did it ever belong to someone else?
