Question Unlock IMEI Z FLIP 5 (T MOBILE)

Out of the blue my phone lost network connection & my there was a circle w/ line in it. I tried everything w/ T Mobile and all the codes & resets I could & nothing. Then after 2 days dealing with T Mobile my IMEI SIM is LOCKED! The phone is paid in FULL & its been nothing but trouble w/ T Mobile.

DOes anyone know how to get this unlocked, PLEASE! PLEASE HELP! Thanks y'all!

Usually you have to be a certain time period of active service after the device is paid off to unlock but they usually do it quickly.

Your only option is keep chatting with T-Mobile to get this unlocked

If you have a corporate T-Mobile store in your area, you might consider taking your phone to them. See what they can do.

Have you actually spoken to a T-Mobile agent directly? If so, have you asked them the reason for the lock?
