Unlock,Root to ICS - Zoom MZ604

Hi this is my 1st post on the this forum & I have a couple of questions re my Motorola Zoom MZ604 - Australia - Honeycomb v3.2
What is the best way to -
1. Unlock Bootloader
2. Root device to ICS
3...Return back to OEM image if need be

These are stock images for changing the model of your Xoom. For ICS you need to change your Xoom to a US Xoom, only because its not available on international models.
