Unlock tab3

I got a used T217s and it is on sprint. Would it possible to unlock it to work on Verizon? I've never altered an android device only used them in Stock form so I figured this would be a good place to start.

It probably doesn't meet their unlock criteria: https://www.sprint.com/en/legal/legal-regulatory-and-consumer-resources?ECID=vanity:legal. But it may still be worth asking Sprint about it.
