Unlock to camera

When I slide to unlock to the camera there is a delay and it shows my main screen for 1-2 seconds or so and then goes to the camera. Is this how it works for others or does it go directly to the camera?

That's how it works for me. No complaints though, I understand that not every single process can be instant.

Mine takes 10-15 seconds...I wonder if something specific is causing this?

I think everyone's usually takes 1-2 seconds.

10-15 seconds is absurd - there's something not right there.

Mine goes to a black screen for about half a second then right to the camera. Though I am running a custom ROM.

don't notice this as I use face unlock to open my phone and man is it fast...

Mine does this too, goes to home screen for a second and then the camera app is up. I've found that if you have previously loaded the camera app and haven't cleared it from your recent apps list it seems to load quicker fro the lockscreen.

Mine does the same as everyone else. I don't mind a 1-2 second delay though.

mine hoes to last app used. Only goes to camera after touching a selection on the open app. Any way to make it go to cam instead of the last app?
