Why would you want one? The international ones don't work on US lte. Only the dev edition htc will offer will be sim unlocked and work with at&t lte and i assume tmobile lte when it drops.

Best places to buy it unlocked is Expansys-usa.com and Negri Electronics.. i buy unlocked phones from Amazon when they are fulfilled by amazon

Bought my One X and Note 2 from Expansys-usa.com, consumer service sucks.. never bought from Negri but heard some bad stories
