Unlocked HTC One (M8) for use on AT&T

I'm really wanting to upgrade to the M8 but I don't want all of the annoying bloatware & branding AT&T shoves on it. If I buy an unlocked M8 from HTC will everything work the same as an AT&T version??

Yes all of the bands are supported.
