Unlocked New Android Phone

Hi

I want new android phone so much, but i need it to be unlocked so i could use it with local carriers....
I'm from georgia, so here is no sprit, at&t, no verzion, no nothing
I would like to have Evo 4g but it's sprint exclusive, or Samsung galaxy S
do you guys know if Samsung galaxy S will be available as unlocked?
or there is also an option of Dell mini 5...

can you suggest any high-end android phones that will be available as unlocked?

i dont want nexus one, droid, nor desire,....

If there is no Sprint, Verizon or AT&T, what do you have? Is it a CDMA technology or a GSM technology?

And if you don't want the Nexus One, Droid or Desire, but you want a high end phone, what do you have in mind?

The Nexus One comes unlocked . . . so if you have a GSM carrier there, that would work for you. I have one and I am generally very happy with it.
