WiFi Calling is carrier-dependent. For unlocked models, however, not all carriers support it even if they do on the carrier-branded version. If it is supported, the option would be in your Settings, not an app. It could be toggled on/off from the Quick Settings (the ones on your notification shade) or if you go into the phone's Settings, it would be under Connections.

Thanks

Found a Google article on it.
It said to touch the phone app.
It will open.
Near the right top there is 3 dots
Go in there.
Find setting
In those setting only
You have the option to turn wifi calling on.

It's there too, but it's not the only place it is. But yes, if the phone AND carrier supports it, you would be making WiFi calls from the same phone app as usual.

Funny
Verizon said it didn't have one.
