If you go to AT&T website, there's an official list of supported factory unlocked device models and which enhanced calling features are supported by device model.

Thanks I actually just found that not long ago too. Looks like they fully support unlocked ZF3 which is nice finally. I'm expecting one next week.

I have unlocked and on ATT. You can enable wifi calling without problem
