Unlocked Sony Xperia XZ2 on T-Mobile

Hey guys, looking to upgrade my phone from an HTC 10 and am considering the Sony Xperia XZ2 on the T-Mobile network. Any known conflicts? Specifically I was wondering if the device could still do calls over WI-FI or install Visual Voicemail. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
