Sigh.... So the DNA unlocker App was just released, guess I should do it now or it's never.... I've never attempted it before, reluctant in fear of messing up my phone... Everyones thoughts on this ??? Will this affect everyone that already has unlocked? How would they enforce it...?

They are referring to carrier unlocks. Not bootloader unlocks. Our phones are already carrier unlocked
