Attached picture. I am using nova launcher prime with the unread plug in and my mail app says I gave 3 unread emails and I currently have no unread emails. I had 14 earlier today and it still displays 3. Any thoughts? Thanks :)

I would check all folders in all clients. You might have a couple YouTube emails or something in Gmail.

Just did and nothing. It's extremely strange. It's my ohio university email and the only folders I have are inbox drafts sent and spam all of which have no unread emails. The spam and draft folders are empty.

Might be a bug for the ROM. Have you emailed the developer and let them know?

Hi,
First post here.
I have a Note 4 on AT&T. I have installed Nova Prime and Tesla Unread and the problem I am experiencing is incorrect notification count. For example... If someone sends me a text and in that text they say "Wow it is 78 degrees here", I will see a notification that says I have 78 text messages!!

I have emailed Kevin at Teslacoil Software and heard NOTHING. Any help is appreciated. This incorrect count occurs across all apps like email, calendar, Texts, etc...

Wow that's really strange. Lol. Have you tried an uninstall and reinstall?

Hi TK,
Thanks for responding. I just dumped the cache on Tesla Unread and I'll see if that helps first, then I'll do uninstall/reinstall.
Yesterday in an email I got in my 9Folders Exchange ActiveSync app the sender mentioned the year 2014 in their email to me and when I looked at my home screen the Tesla Unread icon said I had 2,014 unread emails...For the record...I had one unread email LOL

So I've cleared the cache and that did nothing so I then uninstalled and reinstalled, that did nothing. I received one email this morning and in the email was a phone number starting with area code 302.....My notifications said I had 302 unread emails. Everything else on my Note 4 works perfectly amazing. I have no idea how to contact Teslas help or support as I don't see that option available. I did find Kevins email from Tesla through much online digging but as I expected....no response.

Hmm. I'm not sure. However another plug in called Missed It! in the play store will do the notification counter, so you might want to try that one and see if it works right.

That one costs 1.57 though and I would like a free one or something with a trial. I don't mind buying it if it's good because I bought Nova Prime.

True. It's good I believe or at least it was when I tried it but that was almost a year ago. But you can try anything in the play store for 2 hours. That's how long you have to get a refund on apps I believe (double check to make sure).

Also there is a restart Nova Launcher button under advanced. It won't erase any settings or anything. It just restarts the Launcher. You guys might want to try that. Also make sure you're running the latest version of Nova which is 3.2.

I tried the Nova restart....didnt work. I do believe this issue is Nova/Tesla related and I think I'm deleting them both just simply based on the fact that they have ZERO customer service, terrible in fact.
