Unresponsive touchscreen.

Does anyone else have a problem with the bottom of their screen not being responsive to touch? Right above the soft buttons, where the where the bottum row of app icons would be. That area of the screen is unresponsive no matter what screen or app im in, and it doesn't matter the orientation of the phone. I've reset it several times and taken the ghost armor screen protector off, still no luck. I have noticed that if i tap that spot repeatedly, real fast, it'll respond.

Yes I have been having this problem since upgrading to gingerbread where the screen becomes unreponsive and I have press the power button and then power again to get it to respond. It's really annoying when I can't answer a call.

Is it a particular part of the screen or the whole screen?
