Unresponsive Touchscreen

Anyone have this problem? I just got this thing a week ago and this morning the screen was unresponsive to my touch, only the s-pen works. I have tried rebooting, doing a hard reset, etc, but nothing works. Verizon is sending a new one to me, but I am curious to know if anyone else has had this happen.

You mean after a reboot the screen is STILL unresponsive to your touch?

If you answer yes then yeah that's busted and needs to be replaced.

Yes. They tried having me go to a corp store to replace it but after a couple of hours trying they realized they couldn't because I used a tablet upgrade to upgrade my phone. After all that time, I had to call up customer service and have them send me one. It was a big pain in the neck.
 
Was your pen holstered?
If it is out of its socket and in close proximity touch will be unresponsive.
